Whether you’re seeking healing, self-discovery, or a new way to navigate life’s challenges, you’ve taken a meaningful step.

As an Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, I have a deep passion for working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the unique challenges of the immigrant experience. Whether you’re adjusting to a new culture, carrying the weight of generational stories, or searching for a sense of belonging, you don’t have to do it alone. Healing and self-discovery is not just about processing pain—it’s about reclaiming your voice, remembering and reconnecting with yourself, and creating a life that feels authentic and whole.

No matter where you come from or where you are in your journey, you are welcome here.

To remember is to return…

…not to the past, but to ourselves.

Plato called it anamnesis, the soul’s way of reclaiming wisdom it has always known. Thich Nhat Hanh spoke of remembering as mindfulness, a homecoming to the present moment. Bell Hooks explored how remembering is not just about recalling the past but about reclaiming the self, especially in the face of oppression, trauma, and societal erasure.

In every act of remembering, we do not retrieve something distant—we reunite with what has always been within us. A breath, a knowing, a quiet return to the self. I invite you to remember.
